NEED HIGH PERFORMANCE HEAD INFO

I have a 2004 Whizzer pacemaker II with the non ne5 (small cylinder fins) engine. I am trying to find out if the "high performance" replacement head from taiwan with the bigger fins will fit my engine and also if it will increase the compression or if i have to mill it to increase the compression.

Also, where can i find this high perf head?

Gazbikes California bikes but both f*** me gave me s**t products they won't back.
Got one them fin heads not much of an improvement it's just supposed to cool the motor better for long slow and heavey loads might save your spark plugs from excessive heat but using standard Z4C plug is too short leaves a pit in the head therefore losing compression.
