Need some help

I am 17 and in collage in the UK and i was thinking for my year 13 project to build a motorised bicycle but i was going to make build from scratch and make it look like a old classic motorcycle but i want to try and make it legal or so it doesn't have to be resisted.

Can anyone give me some tips of how I should go about trying to make it UK road legal.

Check out staton inc for awesome custom setups. I use their HD clutch for my 53cc huasheng. They have sprockets and pulleys for almost any application, on top of parts for so many custom projects.
