Need Spark plug reading help

Hello bikers,
Need help on reading this spark plug, it failed after 20 miles and probably wont install it back. Also this plug is not an NGK brand, but has the "BM6A" model lettering.
Is this plug legit or fake, running rich or lean?

Ngk b6hs or b7hs. That plug looks a little rich.

That's pig rich....tip should be brown/tan and the white electrode should be light tan ideally. I raced motocross for years and my kid is now an amateur prospect....I work on his CR125 and have been jetting 2 strokes for ages. Not sure what's available for jetting for these stock carbs if that's what you're running. I'm in the process of building my first M/B but understand 2 strokes very well.
