hello evrey one
I am going to build my first ( push trailer) . using 2hp gnerator engine .
my qustion is is 2HP enough for the trailer ?
one thing more when bicycle stop the engin wheel keep running . how can I deal with this problem ?? .shull I stop the engine when I stop the bicycle??

I think a 2hp engine would work. If you gear it to go around 30-35mph it should be fine.

You will not have to kill the engine when you stop the bike if you use a centrifugal clutch (standard go kart clutch).

You also have to rig up a throttle to the engine and I bet the engine is governed to only rev to 3600 rpm or so, but you should be able to disable it so it can rev to around 5200-5500 RPM.

do you you mean the wheel will not rotate until the engine Reach to 5000 rpm

my friend has a 2 hp pusher --- sweet little machine

take you time
locate dealers that carry centrifugal clutchs for you engine -- a must -- get one
I would find a quality one made almost any where OTHER THAN CHINA

better to ride that THING
