Alright guys, I have been charged with getting this collection of my uncle's scoots, as i like to refer to them, back out into the world. He passed away sometime ago and was never able to restore all of these to their original beauty because he left us too soon. And now it's time that the people who shared his passion get the opportunity to enjoy and continue the work that he wasn't able to finish.

I'm not very knowledgeable about any of these so what help i'm looking for is any resources, people, businesses or info that can help me get fair value for the items. They all don't fall in to the genre of this forum but i'm hoping that some of the members may have some useful information anyhow. I am located out of Buffalo Grove, IL (Chicago Suburbs) so if your local let me know and we can meet up.

Currently i'm working on collecting all relevant info on the scoots such as titles, models/years, and whatever else that should be known, known. In the meantime, please feel free to comment on any of the pics with what you can tell about them. I'm sure it will help me get to the bottom of everything much easier if i have a few good leads to run down instead of just shooting in the dark.

Let the fun begin and thanks again in advance, Bob!

wow -- you got some nice motor bikes and bicycles there !!
I would take my time selling
sure thinking that a few dealers would wish to come in and make an offer fast
but -- down the road you may just kick yourself in the rear if selling too fast

I did let some old Indian's similar to that one get away from me a few years back
sure wish that I would how known then what I know now !!

there are many motor bike -- motor cycle museums listed on the internet
those guys can give you an aprox value and possible interested parties

Yes. If by, "seriously" you mean accepting money in compensation for ownership rights... Kinda have a feeling that's not what you meant though ; )

Keep up the good work - Bob!

The B.F. Goodrich bike [ regular ballon tire bike ] was made by Schwinn & sold at Goodrich tire stores. Moto-Scoot [ very desirable ] & the others, you can still find info on the web. Look over the wooden wheel bike for a name/numbers. If I lived closer &&& the price was right, I would buy a few of them.
