Needle c clamp adjustment in carburetor

That's was a brand new plug

I did adjust the c clamp down a notch

I just noticed this bolt was loose where the fuel line attaches to the carburetor

That plug is almost perfect right there. Did it run good? Are you talking about the nut under the fuel line? That's a fitting for the hose and you definitely don't want that to come loose, it'll let all the fuel out of your tank.

Yeah it ran great. And yeah I noticed this is a problem with a few of my carburetor that nut being loose.
