New 415 HD chain problem with M&M sprockets

Well it's not the two M&M sprockets,one new and one used. The new 415 HD chain I orderd is the problem. My old chain fits them fine. The new chain noway.
I need a good HD415 chain that fits right. Anyone been there?????

Can you measure the thickness of the sprockets where the chain rides on them? Measure old chain, too.

410 chain has 1/8" between inner side plates
415 = 3/16"
41 = 1/4"
