Before you go replacing your CDI, disconnect your kill switch then try to fire your engine up again.
Make sure that your kill switch wires are taped up good and have no metal to metal contact.

If it still does not start then get another CDI, if it starts then replace the kill switch with one from nappa or autozone or advantage auto parts or anywhere you can get a kill button/switch
The whole time while testing I never had the kill switch installed. I'll have to get new throttle grips any since mine broke during testing. :/
