Hey gang,
First: this forum was a great find for me. Kudo's to everyone for super information! Fantastic forum!
As for the introduction... I'm located in Cincinnati, Ohio and recently motorized my bike to save a few nickels on gas. I have one of the Staton friction drive kits with Robin EH035 hangin' off the rear of a second-hand Huffy 6-speed. She's a real cream puff! As for my mechanical know-how, I do OK. I'm not one to pat my back, but I feel I have a healthy dose of common sense and seem to be able to tackle most mechanical tasks.
I'm not new to forums, in fact I owned/moderated a public-safety related forum for a few years. So, I carry a lot of respect for the moderators because forums take a lot of work to keep focused. (BTW, you all are doing a super job!)
Let's see... What else... I work in public safety and play drums in an Irish band. I'm married, have a kid, a dog, a mortgage and all the other accoutrements that come with livin' the American dream.
