Hi, New to Motorized Bikes , but not new to 2 Strokes, I can't seem to get this one started though, I've been trying for a couple weeks. I have upgraded plug wire, plug and boot to NGK, I have replaced CDI and resoldered and cleaned Mag, am getting a much better spark now but still no start, I have 130 lbs. compression, I have done a crankcase pressure test it holds 10 psi for over an hour, I have adjusted needle in carb, I have made sure it's not 180 off, and clutch is fully engaging, and it's fresh gas. But when I try to start it even just up and down driveway a few times the plug is soaked, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated , unfortunately I got this from eBay so customer service isn't an option
