Not that it really matters, but that is not a sleeved cylinder, its chrome lined.

It looks sleeved at first glance, but that ring on the top is actually a carbon ring from the poorly sized head gaskets the kits come with :). A real sleeve is thicker than that ring, and most importantly would be same distance all around - his mark is thicker on one side from the normal gasket tolerance. Here is a sleeved G5 cylinder to compare.

Like stated though, just get a new motor...I wouldn't trust those crank bearings anymore and its not really worth it to tear down and rebuild it if its just a normal chinagirl bottom end.

I'm pretty sure that will get you going again, however, please make positive that this is what you have before you order it. This one has a 40mm intake port which is better than the 32mm ones and it comes with the intake manifold too but it's NOT ported, it's just stock, but under $30 from China.

Thanks so much I will order this one.
Yeah I have 66cc one. But can you jusr explain me where 80cc came from. If i understood properly 66cc is real volume but they use 80cc. Was it always like that or?

China doesn't measure it correctly, they have their own way of measuring, what they call 80cc is really 66cc.

Man...
My cylinder just came and it is f***ed up..
Another month of waiting..

Also are these ports any better than regular ones?

Oil the s**t out of it, sand the cylinder to get it more smooth, and sand the piston. Run it rich on oil like breakin for awhile. Should be fine, i ran mine without oil while testing byaccident and looks like yours, still goes 40.
