New here and new to building is this frame decent?

Sadly I googled the model name and I think it is aluminum. It's called a Specialized SportRock Mountain 2000. I've only found a few but the description says it's aluminum. So what I might do is buy the zeda80 firestorm this week. And buy a cruiser from Walmart next week for 150$ there's 2 to choose from a Kent or a Hyper. So I won't buy the other one for 75$ since it's aluminum with those holes. I'm gonna order the motor first so it can be shipping because the bike next week says next day shipping. Also have to buy whatever tools I'll need.
The Hyper beach cruiser for $140.00 from Walmart is what I am using with my Phantom 85 and it has been holding up for a few years and a few thousand miles now.

It is better built with thicker tubing and has better welding than either the Kent or the Huffy beach cruisers.

There are a few of us here in the forums that favour the Hyper over all others for building a decent motorised bike.
You will see that in my tutorial of building these beasties that I already posted for you.

I don't have that bike I decided not to buy it and to go with the 148$ Hyper from Wally world. I am going to most likely order just the engine kit this week and then next week order the tools and bike or vice versa. Here's the list of stuff I have compiled. This is for everything I need I hope.

Zeda80 Firestorm engine kit
Hyper 26in Cruser Bicycle
9pc Metric Allen Wrench Set
5pc Metric combination Wrench (open end)
40pc socket set
3/8in drive Torque Wrench
6pc file set
BR6HS NGK 3922 Sparkplug
Blue threadlock
Red threadlock
Bearing grease tube
Penetrating oil
Brake cleaner
Sandpaper 600 grit
AntiSieze Lube
Spring loaded bearing chain tensioner
415 Chain breaker
Rotary tool (Dremel) kit
Carbide file set for Dremel
And eventually Flex Poo Poo exhaust

Whew I think that's it what all think?

Get a set of skateboard wheels. It sounds a little goofy, but a skateboard wheel works so much better for the tensioner than the pulley it comes with.

I very highly recommend using a hub adapter especially on the hyper's wheels. The factory wheels on the hyper are pretty flimsy and I don't think they would hold up well to a rag joint.

Do you have a Harbor Freight near you you can get your tools at?
