New here and new to building is this frame decent?

Just be aware that the Wally world bike isn't ride ready. The coaster brake rear wheel has to be changed or modified. Plus some kind of friction brakes need to be added.
Can you go into more details about the steps I would take to do this? Also will the stock motor mounts work at first and also where do I buy the aftermarket hub assembly with tires like you guys mentioned earlier in the post. I really appreciate everyone's help in this!

He is gonna be using his bike for basic transportation like going back and forth to work, going to the store for a few items etc.

He has stated he is on a budget starting life all over again with next to nothing, not even tools in so many words or less which is why I pointed him to my tutorial on how I built my street riding bike which I built for the purpose of basic transportation and getting to the grocery store, etc. all on a Social Security budget.

It's gonna be a whole lot cheaper and less labour intensive in the long run then buying expensive Gemini rims because stock rims are too weak and gutting out the coaster brake is yet more labour to deal with not to mention constantly adjusting the caged bearing assemblies rather than a sealed bearing axle that come with the mags I use.

Caliper brake sets, dealing with rag joints or hub adapters when he can simply do the 3 spoke mags that come with the directly mounted 36 tooth Steel/chromed sprocket and directly mounted disk rotors and disk brake calipers and pads much, much, cheaper and a lot less labour and finagling around than buying and installing all these other parts piece meal.

That's fair, but not everyone has the skills to do that, or the budget. That's why I suggested gutting the coaster.

Show him how you modded the coaster.
Here's the quick and dirty of it. I don't really have the brain power today to write it out. Eventually I'll do a step by step picture tutorial
