New here from NJ

Hi, I am new to the forum, and live in NJ. I have a cypress 21 speed, and plan on installing an 80cc motor, and custom rack and bags. Not too sure about the laws of these things, so I'll post a thread in the General Discussion area about it. Anyway, nice to be here, great forum!
