Looks pretty nice...I can tell you that though the stickers are removed, the bike is a Hyper Bike Company Beach Cruiser, (I can tell by the front plate on the handlebar support tube), plus its general frame configuration, etc. Also noticed that he added a front, rim caliper brake set as the Hyper's dont come with the front brake, just the rear coaster brake...Also notice the twin mirrors, rear carrier with panniers added to each side as well...Definitly a 4 stroker motor.
Just needs a light kit with horn and maybe a speedo is all...All depends now on the price...The bike you wanna buy looks good from here...DAMIEN
Below is my Hyper Bike Company Beach Cruiser with 2 stroke motor.
I can tell you that mine, with all the customisation that you can see in the pics, all told, hasn't cost me more than 1100.00 dollars and probably less than that.
I can tell you that the Hyper bike at todays price is 118.00 dollars at Walmart...Someone else will have to tell you how much the 4 stroke motor costs, but even with all the add ons he has put on, i shouldnt come anywhere near that 1200.00 dollar price tag at all...He must value his hours of labour rather highly...lol...DAMIEN

My costs by the way includes the fact i changed out the wheels for one piece, solid, mag wheels as well as front and rear disk brakes, but then again, i didnt have it built for me, i build my own...DAMIEN

I can barely handle forks and knives without hurting myself, building stuff is beyond me. I do hope to learn as much as I can about the motor so that I can do maintenance and minor repairs.
