I'm just a retired guy who wants to have fun and run errands on 2 or 3 wheels.

I'm looking to buy a semi-recumbent bike and really like the DAY 6 Dreamer. I think it will be forgiving of my arthritic back and legs. I'm hoping someone here has experience with them and can give me some pointers (I may be older but I'm sure ignorant about bikes and bike motors). After I get the bike I would like to get advice on a gas 2 or 4 cycle or electrical (probably a hub) motor.

Love to hear your opinions about any of this

Regards

Hey Jerry,

My second time to use "photo gallery" in a week!! I sure wish these recumbents were able to ride in hill country, I sat in one at the bike shop, the durn things have square seat posts, else I would switch out a regular saddle if I could.

btw, just found out Lee Iacocca lives in Bel Air, he recently tried to market electric bikes. Maybe you could buzz by his place, tell him to give us an e-bike scoop.
