New member with first start problems

Hi I have a happy time motor kit installed on my mountain bike and I cant get it started. I Have choke up the fuel on primed the bowl and poped the clutch pedaled a little and no start please help

Is your clutch lever actually doing its job?

Are you getting spark?

yes the clutch is working, i.e. if i pull the clutch in the bike can be pushed i let go and the engine turns over when riding. I cant tell if it has spark whats the easiest way to check spark
