HI I JUST REGISTERED IM FROM PA AND JUST ORDERED MY MOTOR TIRING TO FIND SOMEONE WHO KNOWS PA LAWS IF ITS LEGAL TO RIDE HERE

Welcome to the forum.

Pennsylvania law says a pedal cycle with an engine under 50cc, still pedal able, with a top speed under 30mph is an assisted bicycle and is considered to be a bicycle. You must have a valid drivers license and obey all bicycle and traffic rules and may go anywhere a bicycle may go. The Pa. Dept of Environmental Resources has recently banned us from State Parks.
