So I've got a new China doll motor and it's doing the same thing as the old motor i had with it not starting. It is very tight and wont rotation over at all. Any ideas guys?
Take the plug out an the sprocket cover off, get a big socket (17 mm??) and turn the engine over with the nut on the end of the clutch rod. If it turns, then it's a clutch issue.
So here is a new one for you. So after I get it running and I let it sit it does this frozen piston but if I take ans engage the clutch and push backwards it starts almost right up

Had same problem then it broke free, i think the clutch pads sticky on the pressure plate, on being new, its freed up now, but had to take jug off first.
