Hello, and welcome to the forum!

We really need to know, what engine do you have?

The reed valve looks alright, people do have trouble with them sealing and the hardware breaking. If you have rubber gasket maker in a tube and a way to upgrade the hardware, they can be alright.

The 21mm carb is probably too big. A 19mm carb is plenty for the true 85cc engines, which are the biggest ones in production. Also take note the engine side of the carb, where the rubber pipe coming off the reed valve will clamp to, is 35mm on the carb you're looking at, but the reed valve tube is 25mm max.

Here's a 19mm carb, notice the mounting tube is 25mm. Same as the reed valve.

That engine is gonna be around 75cc. Never heard of the engine, but it's probably as good as any. The carb Johnny posted is smaller. Big carbs are too much for these engines. You'll probably have to make a manifold or find a booted carb. Amd yes, a rejet is necessary with almost any carb swap.

Crank arm length was 190mm if I remember correctly I cant make manifold there is no aluminum welding. What is booted carb

Çizmeli bir karbüratör kauçuk bir hortumla bağlanır. Ve çelikten bir emme manifoldu yapabilirsiniz. Stroku biliyor musunuz?
A booted carb connects with a rubber hose. And you can make an intake manifold out of steel. Do you happen to know the stroke?
I mixed the crank and stroke, my stroke is 190mm yes i can make steel good idea
