That's a lovely bike Masterlink. Is the Dyno front hub a drum brake as well. You need a front brake. I'm intrigued as to where you got that exhaust cos I've only seen them with some of the Hoot kits. The Grubee kits and even my Hoot supplier offer the one that curves nicely down the front and tucks under the bottom bracket. Does nobody in the US offer springers with V-brake bosses? I'd have thought if the law doesn't insist on brakes front and rear then at least the manufacturers would. What about a suspended saddle post? I think I'll have to cut my mudguard the same as yours to get the chain to pass freely. Is the motor a Honda?

thanks john and jp,
i have got my hubs for the bike looking to get them laced sturmey archer dyno hub with 6.volts 3 wat.and hub brake, and a older type 3 speed for the the rear here is a picture and the exhaust had a baffle so i think it was made for a 4 stroke i took a screw out the bottom of it now its sounds a bit like a real bike and folks are seeing me better now and for the brakes i just had them tig welded some frame bosses that we cut from a gt mountain bike..they will work better when i get a rim that doesn't have paint on them ,,, as you can see in the new pics .oh yes its a Honda and iam happy with the cut i made in the fender i don't even see it anymore there very heavy steel. i cut it with a air grinder and made a light cut first for the wheel to follow then let it ride. it was easy i had to re cut it a few times because the chain flops around more then i expected i think here is about 2 inch both sides of the chain....iam looking for some good rims now ...look at these

thanks guys for your comments iam working on geting my wheels laced now its not been easy looking for a rim thats 33mm wide not much out there lets see what happens

MasterLink, you might need one of my special sprockets and clamps for your bike. My one was made to fit a Shimano Nexus 7 rear hub and has a centre hole of 55mm and bolt holes further out at a radius of 57.5mm and special steel clamping bracket with special rubber clamps.
It doesn't look as if you can fit a standard sprocket on that rear hub.
let me know if you want one made for you.
