Just joining in on the fun. I've built a motorbike using a 66/80cc motor and a Wally World donor bike. I learned a lot during the build - what to look for in a donor bike (tolerances, tube size, length, etc.), how to build an electrical system (Thanks, Scotchmo), etc. I plan to share some of these things once I get some time to write.
Teaser: my electrics include a key switch, light switch, and an external trickle charger for the onboard 6V battery - all minor improvements on Scotchmo's design.
