Hi I'm new to the forum and would like to learn some new things and share some old. I was a tool and die maker for the last 25 years and now I'm doing welding part time, me and my son have built many such bikes in the past, we are looking for more interesting designs especially in the gearing department.
I have a small 110cc liffin motor we are toying with to install into a Shwinn stingray.
we built s small springer front end and are working on a swing arm for the rear end. Need some help on a tank design.
Thanks for the time to read this feel free to ask me what you like will reply if I know stay out of your way if I don't.

Here are important questions to consider when building for yourself or others:

    1) What is the predominant riding terrain?
    2) What type of physique does the primary rider have?
    3) What will the rider's local laws allow and require them to have?
(Lookup and personally read these laws.)
    4) What kind of bike is being motorized?
    5) What is the bike to be used for?
    6) How much of a budget is to be used for the build?

Seek the answers to these questions in order to get the most out of the bike you're building. We're here to help with any questions you may have. Good luck with your build.
