I changed some things around,I added a hub sprocket adapter with a six bolt that takes the stock 9 bolt sprocket.

I put the mountain bike wheel on and tried to put the shifter and derailleur, that ended up in disaster, when I started pedaling the master link hung up in the derailleur and ripped the crap out of it, total loss, so I took it off and just put in 2nd gear, it works fine there, easier pedaling especially starting off and going up hill.

The chain tensioner would not work any more due to having to stretch out the rear of the frame due to the 7 speed hub being wider, so deleted the tensioner.

I added the back rack, that turned out to be a pain in the butt, had to re-engineer the whole thing to make it work, not really designed for my old frame.

Next up is to weld on some back brakes, lost my emergency coaster brake, probably a good thing.

I really like that sprocket hub adapter, made here in the USA and wider than the other one I looked at, it also has a 6 bolt mount that should be sturdier than the 3 bolt ones, found it on ebay.

Any issues getting the sprocket holes lined up with the 2 hub adapters not mating flush?
