Hello,
I just bought a wc1 1999 whizzer for $500. The odometer says it has under 200 miles on it. It doesn't have any upgrades and is missing turn signals. It does run. I am based in Georgia near the SC border. Any advice for me? I don't even have a manual.

You should probably find a dedicated whizzed forum for advice on that, people here can help but I'm sure there's specialists that can tell you way more.

I am in NC and can help you with anything related to the new edition Whizzers. Have a large supply of upgraded parts to keep them on the road. Also have thousands of parts for the vintage Whizzers. Just completed production on a complete line of gaskets for vintage & new edition motors, including copper head gaskets for all versions of Whizzer heads. The American made automatic clutch for the new edition & vintage Whizzers has become so popular we are always behind in production at least a week or more. Looks like we make the only clutch that can stand the power of the OHV Whizzers.
There are hundreds of parts we had made in America to fit the Whizzer motors including heads, camshafts, mushroom lifters, intake spacers, oil vent systems, ported racing cylinders, racing pistons, cable extension kits, etc, etc, etc]
As you can see from my comments, you have nothing to worry about making your bike "bullet proof", and faster if desired.
You are welcome to contact me for any needed information about your Whizzer. quincy163@yahoo.com

Have fun,
