New York Motorized Bicycle Regulations

So if we see Josh Warrick in the New York Times obituary section we'll know what happened to him, shot and killed by NYPD for riding an illegal moped that was a little too loud for local sound ordinances.

if theres even the slightest hint that maybe,..just maybe its NOT illegal,.. then im immediately going to:

1. make a public spectacle of myself

2. set a horrible example of MB's for all to see (including lawmakers)

3. make sure it will soon be completely outlawed nationwide, due to my own actions

4. ruin it for everybody who actually needs it,...forever.

...this boob is the exact reason why you cant do anything fun in NY anymore. boo this man.
