If you let your clutch out and the bike still idles it means your clutch cable isn't connected right. You're supposed to squeeze your clutch in while you're stopped.

You need to adjust the clutch cable at the lever on the engine and/or the flower nut under the right side cover. You will need to adjust them both to get ideal clutch operation.

So if it wasn't the flower nut and you figured it out, what was it then so that in future, it just might help someone else out when this issue comes up again for someone???
