Yes, could frag the case. Thanks for the reply. There is a great machine shop on campus. If I ever have more than one engine to work with, I would like to try under balancing the crank.

There is a man called 2strokestuffings on YouTube. He has a very good video on crank balancing. Simple how two on his first 2 stroke build. These cranks are only case hardened. A good set of cobalt bits drills them out easy for the task. Last few minarelli builds I used ceramic cutters in the mill and did weight slots on last few.

This guy claims, Though been selling them on eBay for 80cc kits with a 47mm windowed piston and rings, and yet I or no one I know has ever seen these or a ebay listing or the website claimed on reddit.
