Engine Trouble No compression

I got my bike going for a while, then I suddenly lost all of my compression, I could ride with the clutch engaged easily. The head gasket was bent really badly, so I replaced that and it helped, I also replaced the spark plug with an NGK B6hs or something like that, which didn't really help and I still have little to no compression. I don't really know what's wrong at this point.

Operating a failed head gasket can burn the seals.

I always suggest a thorough examination anyways. Choke, white wire, seals, head\exhaust gasket, fuel filters, carb float.

Obviously it sounds like a gasket or seal in your case.
