No Suspension..... too sketchy?

I tried that it's worse... LoL I'm putting a lot of trust in that I shouldn't be... Don't recommend pointing your front drop out at 12o'clock

This is another monarch with the long head piece but it's too short for the Electra...
I'm not discrediting that, you are 100% correct on that, but I really think them bottom brackets on that particular black fork on the electra need swapped side to side & flipped 180° & that way your caliper bracket is point up & towards the back. I see what your saying about the head tube length too long. I think it just would make more sense & be alot safer for you when you are doing 70 on that hotrod of yours. Trying to prevent some road rash.

Even if I flipped everything over it's still bottomed out with no suspension

I know that, but like you said & if you build a custom top bracket, that will correct your bottoming out problem.
 
Get the bike frame for the forks you want to run... Unless you have fabrication skills or pay a shop
 
There's no weight on the springs.. I could lenthen the springs and swing arm but it would ride like an old warn out mattress... to fix the geometry
