Noob custom build

I'm breaking in my very first build currently. I think it's time to start with some bolt on upgrades. I've been looking for an air filter for my nt carb but cant decide between a bolt on and a stack with a clamp style. Anyone have any notable improvement with a velocity stack? Thanks.

Before going to much further I'd suggest adding a front brake. Two brakes are better than one if your bicycle chain breaks or comes off you have no way of stopping.

Know of anywhere to pick up a kit or bracket that will fit a springer fork?
