noob question will a motor fit this bike

Hello all my name is mike and i wish to build a motor bike for transportation around my small town, I plan to use a 66cc China girl and am looking for inexpensive bikes and found this one http://knoxville.craigslist.org/bik/3783959026.html I know its a low quality bike but I only need to go around 4 miles each direction and don't want to go faster than 20-25mph so I think it will do until I can afford better. My question is will a 2stroke frame mount even work on this bike? Thank you in advance for sharing your knowledge with the new Guy.

If it has 24" wheels then you will need to use an offset intake manifold, otherwise the frame and the carburetor will compete for the same space and the frame will win. they cost about $11. JNMotors sells them
