Noob Will this bike work?

Im tryin to find a bike for my first build, I like the Schwinn Skyliner and was wonderin if this is a good bike to rig a 2 stroke motor too? I did a search but found a million posts from user name "skyliner" Maybe he would know? haha!
Anyways is this a good bike? anything wrong with this thing I should know about before I buy it? Thanks for helpin the noob )

Your walmart skyliner is not "his" skyliner His is more like this http://lordoflightaz.com/images/schwinnskyliner.jpg which is my Skyliner. I personally like the look, you will need to make adjustments for mounting the front of the engine I have a livefast motors front bracket.. http://lordoflightaz.com/solar/bicyclepart1.html goes over my first bike build, which I need to update I added some stuff, but not much and not required.

There is way more than enough room for the engine, and I bet you will have fun putting it together.

........So is this a good bike? anything wrong with this thing I should know about before I buy it? Has anyone else done a conversion to this model? I like that is under $200 )

It depends on if you want a rack mount or frame mount. Rack will be much easier and you need to narrow it down further as to which rack mount.

I mounted many a frame mount to the 2007 Skyliners. The 08/09 Skyliners seemed to me very tight for a frame mount. I actually carried an engine into Walmart to fit it.

I think there are better choices if you want a frame mounted engine. My skyliner was my bike before hand. The new one doesn't excite me much. I do like that it has front shocks.

Hey I found the old style cruiser skyliner that you showed me on craigslist for $20! haha, He said it needs some work and the derailer is pretty messed up, I might be able to come up with the derailer though, Its deff worth checkin out right? I think ill use this bike as long as its not too beat up.

P.S. I'm a craigs list Junkie myself I buy stuff I don't even need or never wanted, its kinda like a salvation army or online garage sale, I find thing I don't need but for the price I pick it up anyways, shoot I just bought a 700 VFR interceptor for 500 bucks why? IDK just did it was cheap LOL Love the free stuff too!!!
