Noob with a 4-stroke engine problem... help a brother out?

Hi All,

First time post here... my 4 stroke engine is having a weird start up issue for a new bike.. I've found the noise, identified the issue, buuuuuuuuut I don't have any experience with tools whatsoever.

Here is my problem:

The middle allen bolt doesn't come out, when I rotate it, it turns the engine over and over and over and over continuously with no effect...

What should I do?

All you have to do is stop the crankshaft. Then the allen bolt will come out. Remove the starter and use a 17mm socket to hold the crank while you undo the allen bolt.

While you're wrenching on it, you may want to level the engine mounting plate. It'll run better and oil properly.
