Not Getting Gas from Carburetor To Cylinder

I'm new to the forum. Tonight is my first night here. I have a problem(s) with my 48cc Skyhawk engine. It is not getting gas from the carburetor to the Cyclinder. I know that the Carburetor is getting gas, because when I opened it up it had gas in it. My question is, how is the gas getting from the carburetor to the cyclinder?:

Welcome!
Pull the bottom off the carb and unscrew the jets to see what in there. I recomend a spy glass to analyze the junk in there.
