I have some issues with tuning the carb perfecly .
With the 65 jet and c clip middle , the throttle response is crappy when i am stationnary but when i ride everything is okay , on the other hand , with the 62 jet and c clip all the way up , the throttle response is amazing +8500k rpm on my ported motor , but when i ride it bogs when i open the throttle ,so i have to close a bit so the engine can gain rpm .... Any ideas??

Sounds like the 65 main was right, hence the wot fueling being good, and the 62 is probably a bit too lean.

Have you tried the 65 main jet and lowering the needle a notch(raising the clip position)?

Raise the needle a notch or 2.
There is a very distinct difference between raising the "needle a notch or 2" vs "raising the clip position a notch or 2.

Raising the needle is done by lowering the C clip this makes things run richer.

Lowering the needle is done by raising the C clip this makes things run leaner.

This is obviously a conflict in opinions here or someone has not worded this correctly.

In any event, I would go with @ImpulseRocket89 with his recommendation to make it leaner.
