Hello! I have a Chinese Engine, it’s a Seeutek if that means anything haha, I had it mounted on a mountain bike and just took it off to mount on my Chopper. I ordered the CNC mounts off of gasbike.net, and they don’t fit. The bolts coming out of the engine and the ones that screw in are too large diameter and too far apart. I emailed Jim at pedalchopper and he said I need to get two more adaptors for my engine since it’s the Zeta style. But doing that means shelling out another $70 ouch. Does anyone know if the other style of motor mount will work for my engine? Thanks

Can you drill out the holes in the motor mount so the 8mm studs will fit?

I am curious about this because I am working on a 3" wide tire bike now that I need to offset the motor in for chain clearance.

I saw that mount you bought and was curious if it could be drilled out for the larger studs.

I was also wondering how far to the left does that mount shift the engine.

I can’t, there isn’t enough material. I ordered the adaptors from Jim off of PedalChopper
