Clutch Occasional whistling-like noise, is that clutch dying?

Every now and then, mostly on deceleration after clutching and killswitching up to a red light, or sometimes on take-off, I can hear a whistling / screeching noise, is that my clutch slipping because of worn pads?

Or could it be the nylon roller wheel on the chain tensioner? It's a bit hard to tell where it's coming from, just wondering if the clutch does make noises like that when it's getting worn too much.
