Oil level and Oil type.

I got a four stroke engine kit from 80cc Motor Boys online. In the kit was a note to change the OIL (Done) and the gearbox oil. And put a blend of synthetic gearbox oil and Stop leak. (50/50) there are several types of stop leak... Can anyone tell me how much goes in the gearbox? and what the best thing to run in them are? Also has anyone ever attemted to put a drain plug in one?

this is a 1.5 year old thread none of the kits they sell right now have a gearbox!!
