.. so what better place to start than here.

I've been a cyclist for well past 40 years. tinker with anything that requires wrenches to disassemble and build my own 2 wheeled transportation - frames included. Mostly lug and fillet brazing, but occasionally I'll spit-out something in TIG. I'd show some of my toys... but.. well it is my "first" post. I'm located in epicenter of spuds'n cowpies, and NO i'm not a farmer. Pretty boring, but there it is.

BTW, what part of South Idaho are you in? I'm in (of course) Boise, and I love riding my bike around town and getting a lot of double-takes! 8)

I'm closer to TF, but my 4 kids reside in your neck-of-the-woods. I was there (near Meridian) over Father's day, pedallin' a LWB 'bent with my oldest grandson (also on a 'bent). I've been 'benting so long, I don't even notice the stares anymore. I might do the Tour De Fat come August - we'll see.
