OK to reverse Grubee Slathead Direction?

Grubee GT5 66cc Slat Head motor.

Any reason I can't rotate the head 180 degrees so the plug slants forward and not backwards?

I don't think I'll need it on this build other than for aesthetics, I have plenty of room, but I would like to know if that would be a problem.
While I'm asking, what is the head nuts torque too.

This will be my Ultimate Build.
2009 Giant Suede GX 3-speed with a Jackshaft shifting kit.
Front shocks, seat shock, quality road tires, heavy duty everything.
It should be one helluva ride ;-}
