This statute governs motor assisted bikes which in Oklahoma are recognized as a SEPARATE category of motor vehicles. I.E. NOT scooters, mopeds, or pocket bikes. There is no requirement for a license, insurance, registration, or title. Maximum engine size is 35 cc and top speed is 35 mph. They can be operated on any roads except freeways. Texas needs to incorporate this model into state law!
