This is what you may see (now banned I think) here in the street market of Manila, a motorized pedicab. The bike's frame is customized to fit an engine, a small boat engine I believe or even engines for farm use are installed. It is belt driven also. They are use for people and some are for hauling market goods.
Not sure on the engine details though.
