If they're general questions that really don't fall into a single category, this (General Discussion) forum is a good spot for them.
In fact, most pre-purchase questions could be handled here. If you have a specific question about a certain type of motor, or a lighting question, for instance, they could be placed in the motor type (2 stroke or 4 stroke forum, or the lighting and electrical forum)
If you think that you've got the right forum, and it turns out that it really wasn't, we (the mods/admins) can move the thread if needed.
