    Hi there guys,

2500km, ever used 20:1 oil ratio on it, very nice engine.

Its very strong and pull me up hill very fast :)

it looks like you have almost as much exhaust getting though the rings as compressed by them. If you are going to rebuild it maybe a new set of rings might help.

Makes me wonder how much chrome is left on your piston walls though.

these sure look like tough little engines though.

looks sweet to me. im thinking you have an expansion chamber?

erm...why did you pull it apart?

you know what curiosity does to cats?

yes, so me asking is borderin on hypocrisy then...sue me :p

    Ahaha, very nice post :D

Yes, i tell you why i take it apart :p

The electrode of spark plug was close to "ground", it means that the top of piston is fully of carbon. I take about 1mm or more of rust. Now its really perfect!

Yes, my first 2300 or 2400km it was with expansion chamber, right now is with stock exhaust :)

    ah, the de-coke.

pipes tend to make the sides of the piston dirtier like that. but almost no scoring, so a-ok :)
