Great Post

I live in Minnesota. I had to register my bike, get a license plate, buy tabs for the year, provide a picture of the bike, & fill out a release cause it didn't come with a title.
Needless to say my state is a little over-regulated. I think being a good example goes a long way. I've got a ton of rules to follow cause the guys before me rode mopeds like mad men and pi**ed off the powers that be. When I was in highschool(20yrs ag0), you could ride a Honda Spree without having to jump thru a bunch of hoops. These bikes a great ~ if you want something thats super fast then go buy a crotch rocket and get a motorcycle license otherwise use a little common sense and ride safely.
