Options? Should I rebuild the G100 or buy a predator

Just a little update for everyone, I have been searching on Craigslist and I found another Honda g100 for $30. Owner says they got it in a trade deal and don’t know much about it. They said the old owner said it ran (eye roll) but either way there are a lot of good parts on it (it is complete) and I think I could put together a good running motor between the two...
What do you all think
I can’t travel there to see it but I could get them to ship it to me. Still $30 is very cheap and it’s a Honda! I believe it was on a water pump...

I do have access to brand new carbs so don’t worry about that dirty one...
I am looking to upgrade to a slide carb if anyone knows of one that would fit

Thank you! I am hoping this individual will be willing to send it to me... I am a little nervous about going sight unseen but at least I know it was used under relatively light load and not racing like the other Honda I am getting. I will make sure to post pics of the internal damage of the go kart Honda...
When I remove the governor from the new one I will also take pictures of the internals

That’s what I was hoping to hear...
Do you think 2.0 hp will be enough? The one I have at work is a 2.3 or 2.5 will there be a
noticeable difference? Obviously the work one is trashed and I will probably just use it for parts but would it be worth rebuilding it? I am waiting for the seller to return my email about possibly shipping it to me...

EDIT: Looked at the huasheng specs, it makes less power and torque (obviously smaller but still) and lots of people are happy with huasheng so it should be ok, not any performance parts for the Honda though...
I will remove governor and I have a custom made exhaust/header pipe from the work motor that I could put on if it wouldn’t change the jetting and make it lean/rich

I have a brand new carb to put on it from work so that takes a bit of time out of it!! Will clean and save the old one though...

I got my big boy motor running, the snow king! Fuel line says 062697 lol if that’s a date it’s older than me runs great!
