Over revved a new 80cc 2 stroke motor and it siezed up and won't move

Get a tachometer, helps to keep from over revving and to let you know how effective your pedal assist is in preventing engine strain.

Did you check to see if the chain is stuck under the clutch arm cover?

No it might be a seized engine

Jammed up chain feels like a seized engine. Maybe nothing serious wrong at all.

If the chain is not jammed up as others have mentioned, you might want to remove the cylinder head, & post some pics here. Maybe a piston ring, snagged a port & locked engine up.

Take the plug out, squirt in some penetrating oil and wait 30 mi. to try it.

Pick up bike and throw it a few times. Then check the clutch cover on the left side for a jammed chain. Pick up bike thorw a few more times if that is not it. Drink 2 beers, tap foot and stare at it with and evil evil eye. Crack third beer and threaten bike. Check down the plug hole see if it moves any. No, drink teo more beers, take of the head and spray some blaster in there. Drink 2 more beers, tap with a wooden dowel. No, drink a few more beers and beat it out. Spraying blaster between beers and beating.

Too filling. Bourbon works better great taste and less filling.
