I hate to say it but if it wasnt for 'big oil' wanting to remain 'big oil' we would have had alot more advance in electrics/hybrids and devices such as this and places like beijing wouldnt be having smogs that have verifiable nutritional value..

I have to say, some of the names mentioned in relation to this report I have heard before and are fairly well known in their fields. Personally I would love a motor that can be run off water - but until that time light personal transport is the best that can be managed. aka not driving around in something weighing 1 1/2 ton when 65lbs can do a similar job.

It doesn't change it. But apparently there's some electric current that flows thru that pipe chamber thingy... where does that electricity come from?
