Parts to put an engine on an occ

I got my dad wanting to build a MB. He wants to put an engine on a Schwinn occ. I know those bikes need some custom parts to put a. Engine on, but I wasn't sure what to look for. I'm trying to get together a parts list and I don't know what will fit and where to get some mounts that will fit.

Any suggestions for a good motor and other parts that will be needed is appreciated.

Also he wants to put a Zeda 80 engine on it, but I don't know if it will fit.

I definitely would if he did do crack. He also drives Truck, so if he did do any drugs he'd get his CDL taken.
